The President of the Regional Government of Madeira, Social Democrat Miguel Albuquerque, confirmed this Friday that all conditions have been created for the approval of the executive program, since there are “every possibility” for dialogue with the opposition.
“We currently have all the conditions for approval of the Government Program, especially since the Program that we are going to present today includes a set of initiatives and projects that are embodied in a large number of programs of the opposition parties themselves,” a government representative told reporters Madeira while visiting a restaurant in the municipality of Calheta, in the west of Madeira.
Miguel Albuquerque will present the Program of the Regional Government of Madeira for the next four years at the end of the day after the early elections held on May 26, in which the PSD elected 19 deputies out of 47, without an absolute majority. (24 parliamentarians).
