According to photographs posted by passengers, the plane’s roof was damaged.
In a note published by Air Europa, cited globeThe airline said flight UXo45, bound for Montevideo, was diverted to Natal airport due to severe turbulence.
The wounded were taken to Monsenhor Walfredo Gurgel Hospital in Natal.
