Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban arrived in Moscow this Friday for an official visit to Russia, three days after his visit to Ukraine, and will meet with the Russian president, his press secretary confirmed this Friday, speaking of a “peace mission.”
“Prime Minister Viktor Orban has arrived in Moscow as part of his peacekeeping mission. The prime minister will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin,” the Hungarian prime minister’s spokesman, Bertalan Havasi, told the Hungarian state news agency MTI.
The confirmation comes after rumours that the trip would take place this Friday, three days after Viktor Orban travelled to Kyiv to meet Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
