This is the man who knew Ruben Carvalho and with whom he had a dispute, which PJ promises to explain in a statement on Saturday.
Detained man dies while pushing baby stroller
A preliminary investigation by the police homicide squad indicates that the killer was pushing a baby stroller when he committed the crime.
The collection of initial evidence revealed conflicting statements, including that morning Post reported this Saturday that it was Ruben Carvalho who was killed while pushing his son in a stroller.
However morning Post found the opposite had happened. The 29-year-old man had been shot three times, once in the face and twice in the chest, accidentally by a man pushing a stroller with a baby inside.
The attacker then quickly fled the scene, taking the minor with him. Ruben Carvalho, known as “Rubina”, received first aid from the INEM team but later died.
The evidence collected by the prosecutor’s office at the crime scene, as well as the images from the Amadora municipal CCTV system, which recorded parts of the crime and the escape, allowed the inspectors of the Lisbon prosecutor’s office’s homicide department to solve the bloody crime in just 48 hours.
