TAP plane forced to return to Lisbon due to pressurization problem

A TAP plane was forced to return to Lisbon after taking off from the Portuguese capital en route to Copenhagen, Denmark.

According to retired commander Jose Correia Guedes via X (formerly Twitter), The Airbus A320 reportedly experienced a pressurization problem at 9:40 a.m. And for the second time this week that the same plane has to make an emergency landing.

TAP, according to Lusa, confirmed that the delay was due to “technical problems.” However, the company assured that the landing took place in “complete safety.”

“Flight TP752, operating from Lisbon to Copenhagen, returned to Lisbon due to technical problems and as a precaution, where it landed safely with passengers and crew on board in complete peace,” the airline said in a statement.

“Passengers will be delivered to their destinations as quickly as possible,” TAP said. “There is no reason for concern,” it concluded.
