Socialist leader Pedro Nuno Santos asked on Monday to stop the “systematic pressure” on the PS to make the state budget viable, and suggested that the question be put to Prime Minister Chega and I.L.
During a visit to a school in Vila de Rei, Castelo Branco, as part of the PS Parliamentary Days, Pedro Nuno Santos was asked about the warning made this morning by the PS parliamentary leader that measures such as the IRC and IRS make it “more difficult” for young people to make the 2025 state budget (OE2025) viable.
“It is very important that we, perhaps, at this stage stop systematically putting pressure on the PS regarding the budget, because it is also starting to be too much. The one who should present the budget and guarantee the conditions for its implementation is the Government, not the PS,” he began with his answer.
