Manchester United beat Arsenal 2-0 and close the gap to the leader

Manchester United beat Leeds 2-0 this Sunday in a difficult and very emotional game that belongs to the 23rd round of the English League. The triumph closed the five-point gap to leaders Arsenal, although the Red Devils still have two more games to go.

With Diogo Dalot and Bruno Fernandez in the starting line-up, Manchester United continued to suffer, reaching goals only in the last ten minutes of the match, with Marcus Rashford (80 minutes) and Garnacho (85 minutes) scoring the winning goals. In the first Rashford head with no chance for Mellier after Luke Shaw’s cross. Already in the second, Garnacho received the ball from the left, flew to the gate and struck hard 2-0, confirming the triumph over an opponent who had not won for eight games.

In another match this Sunday in the English League, Manchester City beat Aston Villa 3-1 at home with goals from Hernandez, Gundogan and Mahrez. Ruben Diaz and Bernardo Silva started as part of the citizens.
