“All staff members of PHG [Pestana Hotel Group] will receive from February a minimum total monthly amount of 1,000 euros, including an increase in the food subsidy,” the document says.
The group’s note adds that this value is “added to a suite of benefits” including health insurance, psychological support, lifelong learning, a national and international mobility program, a hybrid work model for shared services, among others, “in a package that is designed to lead the way in competitiveness of the hotel industry.
The group notes that this update “transfers the group’s efforts to improve the performance of its employees right from the input functions.”
