Jostin Andres Mosquera, a 34-year-old man, was arrested on Saturday after the remains of two adults were found in suitcases on Clifton Bridge and in a flat in London, UK.
According to SunIt all happened when the public saw a man “acting suspiciously” on the bridge on Wednesday evening and began calling authorities.
Police arrived and found a suitcase containing human remains. On Friday, they searched the man’s apartment and found more remains, also inside the suitcase.
Authorities believe the remains are those of two adult males, although their identities remain unknown.
According to the same source, the suspect is described as a black man with a beard, dressed in black. She also wore gold earrings, black sneakers and a backpack.
Police also say the victims were known to Yostin and are asking for “information on their whereabouts.”
“We understand the concerns of local residents in both Bristol and London and officers will remain in the Clifton area for the next few days to reassure those affected by this tragic incident,” said Deputy Assistant Commissioner Andy Valentine.
