Most of the known situations “took place in a school context, and the reports indicate sleeping quarters (the oldest when the boarding school still existed) and places where students were alone with the suspect, such as offices, the infirmary, as well as classrooms where only students lived , while others were witnesses of sexual violence,” the document says.
