Patricia’s Advice
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
Balance: During your vacation, it is important to alternate between active and relaxing days.
Active days: You can engage in physical activity outside of your normal routine, such as hiking, jumping rope, trail walking, or playing paddle tennis.
HYDRATION AND NUTRITION
Moisturizing: Try to drink water and eat foods rich in water, electrolytes and antioxidants. For example, cucumbers, watermelon and red fruits are foods that help hydrate the body.
Moderate concessions: Moderate your diet and allow yourself to indulge, but without exaggeration.
On rest days: Choose a rich, filling breakfast to keep you full throughout the day, followed by light snacks.

RELAX AND ENJOY
Take care of your mental health: Take advantage of relaxing days to meditate or get in touch with nature.
Peaceful sleep: Try to get good sleep so that your sleep is restful and helps restore your energy.
Get in the holiday spirit: Try to leave stressful and work-related matters for later.
