According to the Financial Times, citing a person familiar with the situation, 59-year-old British businessman Mike Lynch is one of those missing in the sinking of a luxury sailing ship off the island of Sicily. Lynch’s wife Angela Bacares was rescued.
Mike Lynch was acquitted in June of fraud charges related to the $11 million sale of his software company Autonomy to Hewlett-Packard in 2011.
