At least 11 people were killed and several others were wounded in an Israeli airstrike in the town of Beit Lahiya, north of the Gaza Strip, early Thursday morning. The Israeli attack targeted a home belonging to the Hamoud family.
Most of the victims were children and women, their bodies were taken burnt to Kamal Adwan hospital, while others are still under the rubble, the Palestinian news agency WAFA reported.
Occupation warplanes also carried out strikes east of the central Gaza Strip town of Deir al-Balah and blew up residential buildings west of the southern Gaza Strip town of Rafah, wounding several people, the same source said.
