This Monday, Porto announced the signing of Thiago Djalo, who will join from Juventus on loan without an option to buy and will sign a contract until the end of this season.
“Porto’s sixth reinforcement for the 2024/25 season was already a champion of France and called up to the national team, plays as a central defender, is 1.90 meters tall and joined Invicta on loan from Juventus under an agreement without any associated costs – valid until the end of the season, which includes the Club World Cup, Thiago Djalo will wear the blue and white jersey with the number 3,” the Dragons said in a statement.
The 24-year-old centre-back joined the Bianconeri in January from French side Lille, then managed by Portuguese Paulo Fonseca, for €5.1 million plus €2.6 million in variables, but was used just once as a central defender, coming on as a substitute in the second half of last season.
