Left Bloc leader Katarina Martins has pointed the finger at Finance Minister Fernando Medina for the fact that the controversial case of TAP and Alexandra Reis has still not been acted upon.
“It is unacceptable that Medina continues to evade two questions: “What do you know?” and “what do you think,” said Katarina Martins this Wednesday at the protests of the KP workers.
The finance minister has yet to speak openly about the differences between TAP and Alexandra Reis that led to the resignation of former minister Pedro Nuno Santos.
“The fact that the minister [das Finanças] If you don’t say what you think, it increases doubts. It is hard to believe that he does not have his own opinion,” added the leader of the blockade.
In this Wednesday, cm it emerged that Alexandra Reis, the former administrator of TAP, would have to return €443,500 to the airline. This is after the former finance minister also received €500,000 in compensation when she was fired from TAP.
The Bloc deputy added that the report should be made public urgently. “I see a lot of news about the report that I have never seen, we are rushing to have the report made public to know the results of the check,” he said.
