Marcelo expresses his condolences to the families of those killed in a car accident in South Korea

The President of the Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Souza, sent a message of condolences to South Korean President Yoon Seok-yeol on Saturday in connection with the incident at the Halloween celebration in Seoul on Saturday.
