The sentencing of two former Marines charged with the murder of police officer Fabio Guerra, scheduled for Monday, has been rescheduled for June 2 at 11:30 am. The court justified this change by saying that the defense of Claudio Coimbra petitioned for the annulment of the decision, which aggravated one of the crimes charged to the defendant. Now they are charged with attempted murder of another person involved in the attacks.
The judge refers to the ruling cm had access today that a controversial exercise needs to be completed and that all stakeholders have two days to do so.
PSP agent Fabio Guerra, 26, died on March 21, 2022 at the San José hospital in Lisbon due to “serious head injuries” from attacks he suffered outside the Mome nightclub in Alcantara while he was from building.
