The GNR military says Vito and Amilcar used the colors of the cars to distinguish cannabis from hashish.
In a statement that lasted more than half an hour, a member of the Criminal Investigation Core reported to the panel of judges about the investigation that had been ongoing for several months in relation to the drug trafficking network.
During his testimony, he mentioned that Vito was connected to Amilcar Teixeira and that it was the defendant who supplied Amilcar with cannabis and hashish. They used codes like green car for cannabis and brown car when they wanted to talk about hashish.
The inspector also said that it was through tapping the number, which they later realized was Vito’s, that they established a relationship and even followed Amilcar to Vila Nova de Gaia. They were in a place called “the curves,” which the inspector said was supposed to be Vito’s building code.
According to the investigation and this testimony, Amilcar never carried Vito’s oil.
Amilcar Teixeira’s uncle recounts that his nephew tried to “sell him a revolver”, but he “didn’t want to”.
The trial session is resumed. Witnesses continue to be heard in the Court of Braganca in the “Cemente em Pó” case.
One witness is the uncle of Amilcar Teixeira, Edmar’s father, who also participated in Big Brother, where this network is said to have started.
Before a panel of judges, the 83-year-old uncle of the defendant said that his nephew tried to “sell him a revolver”, but he “did not want to.”
This defendant, in addition to drug trafficking, is also charged with the crime of arms trafficking and mediation.

The witness says he knows nothing about “drug-related transactions” involving Amilcar.
The floor was taken by the fifth witness from Vale de Salgueiro, Mirandela.
“I knew the late Jorge (one of the defendants), I also know Amilcar, but only because I saw him at Jorge’s house when I went there sometimes,” he says, adding that he knows nothing about “deals related to drugs.”
Vito lent about 1,000 euros to a hairdresser for a plane ticket
The fourth witness is from Vila Nova de Gaia and was Vito’s hairdresser.
“He has always been my client, that’s all,” he assures.
The prosecutor questioned the witness several times whether he had ever bought drugs from Vito, always stating that he “never” bought drugs from him.
The defense lawyer questioned the witness about the loan of money by Victor.
“He lent me money to buy a plane ticket, it was about a thousand euros. I paid when I could.”
The panel of judges brought into the conversation a wiretap, where he says that “Vitor was very upset on the phone, it’s just because of this debt,” he asks.
The witness supports the version.
A third witness claims he smoked marijuana with Amilcar and “never paid anything for it.”
A third witness, also personally, says that he “knows nothing about drugs” although he does know Sandra, Jorge and Amilcar. However, he admitted that he “smoked marijuana with Amilcar” “three or four times”, but claims that he “never paid anything for it.”
“I went with Amilcar to Spain but stayed in the car and he showed up with a few packets of seeds, I think it was cannabis and he even gave me a packet that I never planted”, adding that “it was a store plants.” , I think”.
A witness who sold coffee to Amilcar says he “didn’t know about the drugs.”
The second witness, now in person, owns a restaurant in Mirandela.
“I know Sandra because since I have a restaurant, she and Jorge went there to eat,” he said, also suggesting he knew Amilcar Teixeira, the father of former Big Brother member Edmar Teixeira.
“I know Amilcar, I sold him coffee.”
When questioned by a prosecutor, he said that he “knew nothing about drugs” and that he had never “seen anything circulating between them or any talk of drugs”.
Third trial begins
The hearing began a minute ago with a witness listed by the public ministry who lives in France and is being heard via videoconference.
He confesses that he knows Julio Carvalho, the defendant, who lives in Boticas and has been at large since the start of the trial.
“We were childhood friends, but I never saw him smoke, at least he never smoked with me,” he says.
