A man in his 70s stabbed to death his ex-wife, 71, and their 46-year-old daughter on Monday morning in Bitarais, Paredes. The attacker was arrested on the spot.
As found out cmthe aggressor was suspected of domestic violence and threatened to kill the former partner several times.
This Monday, she was expecting her daughter at home. When she arrived, the man attacked her at 9 am. The daughter is in critical condition at Penafiel Hospital.
A woman who lives next door but was watering her daughter’s vegetable garden was trying to stop her attacker when she was attacked. He received cuts on his neck and near one ear.
