The body of Joao Ramos, a mechanic over 50, was found this Thursday in a landfill.
Traces of severe violence were found on the corpse, several deep cuts on the face, chest and abdomen. It was a highway worker who was getting ready to go on duty, who stumbled upon a body and was shocked at the scene of extreme violence.
