Russian authorities say they have found the bodies of ten passengers on a private jet carrying Wagner group leader Yevgeny Prigozhin.
The aircraft’s black boxes were also found, according to the BBC.
Russian investigators said the victims’ bodies were subjected to DNA testing to identify the victims.
The black boxes have been removed and the data will be extracted for analysis, the Russian Commission of Inquiry confirmed in a message posted on the messenger. Telegram.
Authorities also said a forensic medical examination was being carried out at the crash site between St. Petersburg and Moscow. As part of the investigation, other important documents and evidence were also seized.
