The Sintra City Council confirms the closure: “During a regular inspection carried out by the Sintra City Council, the presence of Legionella was discovered in the pavilion changing rooms.”
The municipality adds that “the school was not closed, and the use of the three locker rooms in the pavilion was prohibited.” The equipment remains closed as the chamber is currently undergoing renovations.
