A 26-year-old Russian man who was arrested early Sunday morning after climbing onto a pillar of the April 25 Bridge on the south side to take photographs failed to appear in court.
The detainee was released after he was identified by PSP traffic agents who caught him on the highway heading from south to north.
He was notified that he must appear in the Tribal Infractions Court (TPIC) at the Justice Campus on Monday morning to be questioned for evidence of the crime of entering a place not open to the public.
Given the contempt of the court order, it is now up to the TPIC magistrates to decide what the next step should be taken in the process, which may include issuing an arrest warrant for the young man who, remember, forced the temporary stay of the process. road and railway traffic in connection with the act committed by him.
