The body of Mario Luis Oliveira, a 57-year-old businessman from Coimbra, missing since August, was discovered this Wednesday in a highly decomposed state by the Judicial Police (PJ).
A 36-year-old construction worker, a Brazilian citizen, was arrested on suspicion of qualified murder and desecration of a corpse.
