During a visit to a nursery in the municipality of Almada (Setubal district), Andre Ventura noted that the complaint would be “against the government and the Minister of Health” and that the party plans to formalize it “next week.” .
“We are working on it. This was an idea that had already been developed by a parliamentary group at the suggestion of our deputy on the health committee. This is what we decided to consider when we saw that, despite all the unforeseen circumstances, the Government was simply artificially promoting and delaying the negotiations,” he explained.
Leader Chegi believes that closing emergency situations and bringing services into line threatens “a genuine violation of the right to health” and said it is “important that the courts and service providers send a signal to the government that this will no longer be tolerated.”
