António Rebelo de Sousa is the new public supporter of José Luis Carneiro as General Secretary of the Socialist Party. Thus, Marcelo’s brother Rebelo de Sousa is publicly participating in the internal PS campaign, which has already begun. “I understand that José Luis Carneiro is a candidate for PS leadership who presents himself as a champion of an alternative between conservative neoliberalism and outdated radical collectivism,” says OSCOT Advisory Board President and professor in a memo sent CM.
José Luis Carneiro is already carrying out a full electoral campaign, which begins today in Braga, the constituency from which he was elected to the Assembly of the Republic. Tomorrow he will be with activists from Porto. Pedro Nuno Santos will also travel to the north of the country, where the electoral caravan will begin. Yesterday it became known that there is a third candidate: Daniel Adrian will run for the fourth time for the position of Secretary General of the PS.
