The president of FC Porto, Jorge Nuno Pinto da Costa, acquired 2,210 shares of SAD from the national football runner-up, the Dragons announced this Monday in a note sent to the Securities Market Commission (CMVM).
Thursday’s transaction was worth €2,652 at a unit price of €1.20, with the director slightly strengthening his position in the community following a series of transactions carried out between November 2022 and May.
According to the latest report and accounts submitted by the SAD of FC Porto to the CMVM regarding the 2022/23 season, 85-year-old Jorge Nuno Pinto da Costa owned 343,993 shares, corresponding to 1.53% of the share capital, as of June 30. .
The majority of SAD is owned directly by the club (74.59%), and businessman, former footballer and former coach António Oliveira is the main individual shareholder (7.34%), followed by his brother Joaquim Oliveira through the company Olivedesportos (6.68%) .
