The bodies of three family members were found in a decomposed state this Monday on a rural road in the interior of Sao Paulo. According to G1went missing on December 28 when they left home to celebrate their mother’s birthday, Mirele Tofalete, 32 years old.
Mirelle and the body of her daughter, Isabelli, 15, was found in the family car. The father, 35-year-old Anderson Marinho, was near the car. According to the Brazilian press, there were traces of firearms on the bodies of the victims and in the car.
Mirelle, Anderson and Isabelli were last seen on December 28, when they went out to dinner and to celebrate the woman’s birthday.
Civilian police are investigating the case and no suspects have been arrested yet.
