Traffic on the Avenida da India under the 25 April bridge in Lisbon will be restricted this Wednesday due to a pipeline rupture, reports EPAL – Empresa Portuguesa das Águas Livres.
In a statement, the water company said that repair work was already underway, “only one lane in the Lisbon-Cascais direction and another in the Cascais-Lisbon direction remain accessible to traffic.”
EPAL has indicated that the intervention will impact traffic flows and is proposing alternative routes “until late today”. [desta quarta-feira]”.
The company added that water supply is guaranteed.
The company called on “all customers for understanding and informs that it will make every effort to complete the work as quickly as possible.”
