This Wednesday, investigators returned to the scene looking for CCTV in the area where they may have caught someone carrying the body in a bag and placing it next to a trash can, covering it with a pink blanket. The SP is also closely following reports of disappearances of men between the ages of 20 and 40 with tattoos on the lower half of their bodies, including those of an animal. Check with hotels to see if any guests have gone missing without leaving the hotel.
Investigations were carried out in Valorsul, where Lisbon’s garbage, as well as the rest of the body parts, are being taken.
“The community is in shock at this horrific crime,” said Louis Newton, board president.
