On Friday morning, Porto’s PSP prevented three men from practicing target shooting at Calzada das Virtudes, a tourist spot in the city, leading to a news report, a police source said.
The situation stemmed from a complaint when three men, ages 29, 36 and 51, began collecting materials on the sidewalk, with one of them found to be in possession of a firearm, according to a PSP statement.
After arriving on scene, agents approached the men, “who were in possession of an air pistol, a scope, two chargers, a metal bow, 11 small arrows and a target for target practice,” PSP described.
The source added that the material was seized and a corresponding protocol was prepared.
