Another 220 thousand euros in Maddie’s case

Fourteen million euros. It is this amount that has already been allocated to “Operation Grange,” a group of English police investigators created in 2011 responsible for the investigation and search for Maddie McCann in England. By the end of the year, the team will receive an additional 220 thousand euros. So far, everything that has been done has not produced any results.

Maddie disappeared on May 3, 2007 in Praia da Luz, Lagos – she was alone with her brothers in the family holiday apartment – 17 years ago today. If alive, the girl is 21 years old. The German police’s theory that Maddy was kidnapped and killed by Christian Brückner is still being investigated – the suspect has not been charged due to lack of evidence.

Kate and Jerry are expected to make a statement today on the official Facebook page set up at the time of the child’s disappearance. Kate and Jerry returned to England. Jerry is a doctor and continues to practice his profession and teach. Now Kate lives for her two twin children, who are now adults. Both are 18 years old.
