Still competing in the K1 200, Iago Bebiano won the B final in 34.65 seconds after being fourth in the third semi-final in 35.64 and missing the main final.
Also this Sunday, Teresa Portela was second in the K1 500 B final in 1:49.21 minutes after being third in the first semi-final in 1:52.63, and Beatriz Fernandez was seventh in the second C1 200 semi-final, behind 47.95 seconds.
On Saturday, Joao Ribeiro and Messias Baptista in the K2 500 category, and Fernando Pimenta and Teresa Portela in the mixed K2 500 category won silver medals, while Beatriz Fernandez and Ines Penetra won bronze in the C2 200 category.
