The Portuguese Cup between Porto and Sporting will take place on Sunday at 17:15 at Jamor Stadium and the authorities have some restrictions and recommendations.
According to the PSP statement, it is recommended to travel to the National Stadium by public transport, avoiding traveling to the site by vehicles. It is also recommended to travel in advance and not to take backpacks or suitcases with you to the stadium. .
Authorities urge fans to adopt behavior and attitude responsibility and avoiding “conflicts” or situations that change the social order.”
Distribution and sale of false or incorrect ticket names, ap.involvement in conflicts when traveling to or from a sporting event, and Unauthorized entry of someone onto the field is an offense that PSP reminds us should not be committed.
PSP also says fans will be able to visit the parks starting at 5 a.m. on May 26th.
“We advise Porto fans it is accessed from the south side of the stadium – PARK 1 – directly from the A9 motorway (CREL) towards marginal / Alges and Sporting fans enter from the north side of the stadium, PARK 2 and 3 from the A5 side, in both directions,” you can read in the message.
Authorities also say their actions are aimed at “minimize the impact of restrictions while ensuring safety and traffic needs in affected areas.”
Prohibited items include megaphones, fire extinguishers, glasses, bottles, cameras, radios, umbrellas, syringes or helmets.
Entry is also prohibited to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
