According to the public ministry, the killer “acted out of a sense of paranoia”, which led him to “create a scenario in which the victim betrayed him and that the child was not his son.” He thought that Denise “poisoned him or wanted to poison him, being part, like the rest of humanity, of a criminal network that pursued him and wanted to kill him.”
A psychiatric examination diagnosed him with schizophrenia and determined that he was inexplicably dangerous.
He is locked up in the prison hospital.
