In statements to Público, the judge said the apartment “lacked the minimum conditions for habitation” and was “cold during the coldest months” after he told Visão in 2022 that the neighbor upstairs made noise while walking in high heels all night.
The house that Henrique Araujo abandoned was occupied between 2018 and 2021 by his predecessor Joaquim Pizarra, who says it had “perfect living conditions”.
According to the Ministry of Justice, the apartment will be sold.
