This Saturday, Portuguese Miguel Oliveira (Aprilia) showed the best qualifying of the season at the German MotoGP Grand Prix, taking second place in the ninth round of the World Speedway Championship.
The Almada rider finished the qualifying session just 0.048 seconds behind pole sitter Jorge Martin (Ducati), the championship leader, and his Trackhouse teammate Raul Fernandez (Aprilia), who finished third. 0.220.

Jorge Martin set a new record at the Sachsenring circuit in Germany with a time of 1:19.423 minutes.

“It will be an interesting sprint race. The goal was to be in the front row of the starting grid, and it was achieved. Now I have nothing to lose in the sprint,” the Portuguese warned already at the SportTV microphones.
The Portuguese rider will have even more Aprilia mechanics in his garage this weekend.
