A man of about 35 years old died on Tuesday afternoon near a greenhouse in Fonte Boa, Esposende. The alarm was raised at 5:00 p.m. and the FAO fire departments were called to the scene, supported by the VMER in Viana do Castelo and the immediate life support ambulances in Vila do Conde.
For what CM As it turned out, it was the man’s boss who found him lying on the floor. The woman began resuscitation and called the emergency services. Upon arrival, the firefighters found that the victim had already suffered cardiopulmonary arrest and a head injury.
Death was eventually confirmed at the scene.
The body was then taken to the morgue of the Viana do Castelo hospital. The circumstances under which the man was injured are unknown.
Esposende GNR claimed responsibility for the incident.
