Giulia Faustina, a 21-year-old German girl, believes herself to be Maddie McCann, an Englishwoman who went missing in 2007 from Praia da Luz in the Algarve. It was the outward resemblance that made the young woman believe that she was a missing child.

“I have the same mark on my eye,” Yulia writes on Instagram. The young woman has shared several photos in which she shows the resemblance she claims to have with a missing girl in Portugal.
