Giulia Faustina, a 21-year-old Polish woman, believes herself to be Maddie McCann, an Englishwoman who disappeared from Praia da Luz in the Algarve in 2007. It was the outward resemblance that led the young woman to believe that she was a missing child.

“I have the same mark on my eye,” Yulia writes on Instagram. The young woman has shared several photos in which she shows the resemblance she claims to have with a missing girl in Portugal.
