Initially, the Brazilian player said that he did not even know the girl. After a while, he admitted that he had oral sex. More recently, he admitted that there had been a break-in.
How the Spanish newspaper is doing plowthe Brazilian claimed he was sitting in the bathroom “when a lady came in and performed oral sex without his consent”.
The player has been detained and the process is reopening this Monday to decide whether to await trial in jail. The victim’s defense believes that there is a high risk of Dani Alves’ escape, and the defense of the accused’s freedom is an “assault on the psychological integrity” of the victim.
