This Thursday, PSP seized a knife from a 14-year-old at a school in Marvell. A school employee contacted the authorities as soon as he realized that the minor had a kitchen knife.
The PSP statement explained that the student took the knife out of fear for his safety.” protecting him from another minor who recently threatened him with possible retribution”, can be read.
After filing a complaint, the police officers seized the item and launched an appropriate investigation. The case has now been referred to the Family and Juvenile Court and the Commission for the Protection of Children and Youth (CPCJ).
