The judge wanted the victim to be examined by an independent specialist and another chosen by the Brazilian defense. The lawyer for the woman who accused Dani Alves of rape says the tests already done are enough.
Dani Alves has been in custody since January 20 on charges of raping a 23-year-old woman at a disco in Barcelona.
