Spanish MasterChef test causes food poisoning in 44 people

The production of the Masterchef program in Spain has been blamed for causing food poisoning in about 70 people in Valencia. According to the Spanish Ministry of Health, which a country had access, only 44 poisonings were confirmed.

The complaint was filed by an employee of Oceanário de Valencia, where the program was recorded, on her official Twitter account.

In a statement, program producer Shine Iberia deplored the incidents, assuring that it was “an exceptional situation in the 11 years of the program in Spain”, emphasizing that the priority has always been “to ensure that the food of the people involved is taken care of”. .

The steps are still being cleared, given that the people involved were alerted hours later, as well as the food prepared in the temporary premises.

The menu included dishes such as seafood, Indian and Mediterranean cuisine. The menu also featured oysters, clams, seaweed pestos, sea bass and Japanese seaweed cheesecake.
