One person has died in a shootout between more than 50 fans ahead of a football match in Brazil. A Cruzeiro fan was the fatal victim.

A fan died as a result of riots involving about 50 fans 50 hours before the football match between the Brazilian teams Atlético de Mineiro and Cruzeiro in the Boa Vista area in the eastern region of Belo Horizonte, which took place this Sunday before Globe Sportswhich quotes the military police of the state of Minas Gerais.

Fans of the two clubs were involved in aggression, and in an amateur video posted on Twitter, fans can be seen holding sticks before entering the aggression. At some point, shots are heard.

The deceased fan, who was a supporter of Cruzeiro, eventually died from gunshot wounds.

Another man was injured and taken to the hospital. So far, there is no information about the arrests of criminals.
