The debate on “the actions of the regional government in practices that may justify criminal offenses reported in the media” was proposed by the PS bench, the largest opposition party (it holds 11 of the hemisphere’s 47 seats). ).

If Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa decides not to dissolve the regional parliament, the representative of the republic will appoint “the president and other members of the new regional government.”
