Spanish government announces funding to help young people buy a house

The Spanish Prime Minister announced a new housing support measure that will finance up to 20% of a home loan requested by persons under 35 and families with dependent minors who purchase their first home, promotes El Pais. According to Pedro Sánchez, the state credit line applies to everyone with an annual income of less than 37,800 euros.

The goal of the Spanish government is to support those who cannot contribute the 20% required to apply for a mortgage, as banks usually only lend 80% of the value of a house.

In accordance with a countryin the case of families with minor dependents, there will be no age limit, but a limit of 37,800 euros per year applies, which doubles if there are two buyers or improves depending on the number of children.
