Several teams from the Intervention Corps (OMON) and even film crews (dog-man) will be mobilized. Pickpockets are one of the targets. PSP recommends using public transportation and taking extra care not to carry valuables. Among other things, Civil Protection is mobilizing 30 ambulances and 52 foot brigades.
In terms of transport, Carris will reinforce routes 201 (Cais do Sodré-Algés), 207 (Marquês de Pombal-Lumiar) and 210 (Santa Apolónia-Oriente) on Saint Anthony night from midnight to 6 am. The green and blue metro lines are open until 03:00.
