This Friday, the prime ministers of Hungary and Poland, meeting in Granada, rejected any possibility of reaching an agreement on a pact on migration and asylum. On the table was a proposal that would distribute migrants among EU member states through a plan implemented by the European Commission and Berlin. The latest data from European institutions indicates the arrival of 160,139 illegal migrants in the EU this year.
