From May 1, at Armazem Abel Pereira da Fonseca, the cultural center of Marvila, Lisbon will be able to see the immersive show “Ah Amalia – A Live Experience”, which recalls the life and work of the fado singer (1920-1999). Covering an area of more than 700 m2, the public is invited to move through objects that belonged to the artist and scenes in which she performed while listening to her music. At the same time, thanks to cutting-edge technology, visitors can access “dynamic and interactive content” that recalls some of the most memorable moments of an entire career. The idea is that the voice of fado seems to be alive – and still among us. Among the highlights of the exhibition, which will be on display for three years (until May 1, 2027) always from 11:00 to 20:00, is a room that allows you to “live” with Amalia in 360°, using multimedia and “video”. mapping” and a full-scale hologram of Amalia Rodriguez. This initiative is a partnership between SP Entertainment and the Amalia Rodriguez Foundation. Tickets from 15 to 20 euros.
